External Rendering Project – Bristol

Our team completed a full exterior rendering job on a residential property in Bristol. For this project, we used premium-quality materials from Ceresit (Henkel), applying a 1.5 mm silicone render.

This type of finish not only gives the façade a modern and clean appearance but also ensures long-term durability and excellent resistance to weather conditions. The silicone render provides flexibility, breathability, and self-cleaning properties, making it a smart choice for homeowners seeking both aesthetics and performance.

Rear Facade Makeover – Bristol

This project involved a full transformation of the rear elevation of a residential property in Bristol. We applied a high-quality 1.5 mm silicone render from Atlas, known for its excellent durability, flexibility, and weather resistance.

External Wall Insulation (EWI) Project – Bristol

A successful external wall insulation project in Bristol using 150 mm graphite EPS for maximum thermal performance. The client was exceptionally well-informed and had a clear vision of what they wanted — a modern, energy-efficient solution that would stand the test of time.

We used the Atlas Thin Coat Insulation System, which provides excellent insulation properties while allowing for a sleek and durable final finish. This project not only enhanced the building’s thermal efficiency but also improved its overall appearance.

Working with a client who truly understood the benefits of proper insulation made this project a pleasure from start to finish.

Installation on a façade that had ongoing issues with dampness and cold penetrating the building in Bristol. To resolve this, we applied a 90mm graphite EPS insulation system using a thin coat system with silicone render, significantly improving both thermal performance and moisture protection.

External restoration works – Clevedon Grade II listed building – Part 1

External restoration works on a listed building in Clevedon, completed by the Lenex Bris Ltd team using traditional lime render. We have obtained approval from the local council for this project to use products from the Atlas brand, which we officially represent.
